Daddy Love

For the most part, Charlie does not play favorites with Nick and me. He likes being with both of us equally. Sometimes, however, he has a day where only one of us will do. On Sunday, he had stars in his eyes for Daddy. He wanted Nick to carry him everywhere, followed him around like a puppy, wanted to sit in his lap, and insisted on reading the Sunday paper with him as well. As I looked through my grocery circulars and cut my coupons, these are the sweet moments that melted my heart from across the kitchen table. Luckily, the camera was right there, so I could snap some pictures without disturbing my boys' special moment together.
