My friend, Elizabeth, posts her menu for the week each Monday on her blog. I have to admit that I steal a lot of her ideas for our meals. I have found her posts so helpful when it comes to planning my week, that I have decided to share as well. If you are like me, sitting down to plan a week's worth of dinners can be a daunting task. Hopefully, this will help give you ideas for your own families.I know that I am already a day late with this post. I usually do our menu planning and shopping for the week on Tuesdays, but I will try to have the menu posted every Monday. My goal is to also provide recipes or links to recipes. This is my first week, so I only have two links to recipes. I will try to be better in the future.
Monday: Soup and Sandwiches (Nick had to work late)
Tuesday: Paprika and Parmesan Chicken with asparagus and pasta
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli
Thursday: Bird's Eye Steam Fresh meal and spinach salad
Friday: Spicy Pork Stir-fry with brown rice
Saturday: Chicken Tacos with Mexican Rice
Sunday: Breakfast for dinner - Mushroom, tomato, and cheese omelets with sausage

Yummy! Can I come over for dinner?
Finding the recipes is the hardest part - once you've got them, it's just shopping and cooking - no having to think at 5pm, which is when my brain goes to mush anyhow!
Note to self...do not let Justin see this site...he might start expecting better dinners!!
Um.... can you come cook for me and my family? Our dinner menu consists of McDondald's, Wendy's, Chick fil A, can you think of anymore?? Hehehe, just kidding, but really can you come cook for me I am too tired!
